Dual Path Alarm Signalling Systems
Many insurance companies now require their clients to have dual path signalling alarms installed.
Monitored alarm systems send a signal to an alarm receiving centre (ARC) who can then contact the police or key holders is if there is an alarm activation. The signal to the ARC is usually sent over standard or dedicated telephone lines.
With a dual path signalling alarm system – there are 2 channels by which the signal can be sent like standard telephone and a mobile telephone device. This ensures that a signal gets through even if the main telephone line is compromised in any way.
We at ITS can advise on and fit several different types of dual path signalling systems including:-
BT Redcare Alarms
